Description	Anti-Heart Failure Agent 1 is an orally available compound suitable for treating heart failure without causing vomiting, nausea, or restlessness.
In vivo	15 mg/kg of Anti-Heart Failure Agent 1 produces a 60% increase in left ventricular contractility in the anesthetized cat. An oral dose of compound (25 mg/kg) could produce marked increases in left ventricular contractility (45%) in the conscious dog.
