| In vitro | IMAB027 selectively binds to CLDN6 but not to its closely related family members such as Claudins 3, 4 and 9. In CLDN6+-expressing ovarian and testicular cancer cell lines, IMAB027 was able to induce selective antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) in target cells.
