ABBV-303 consists of three functional arms: (1) the single-chain variable fragment (scFV) is derived from ABT-700 and is a common fragment in the c-Met targeting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) ABBV-400 and Teliso-V; (2) the Fab arm targets NKG2D, facilitating binding with cells expressing NKG2D, such as NK cells and activated CD8+ T cells; (3) the conventional Fc fragment is an IgG1 Fc heterodimer that targets CD16a on NK cells and connects the other two functional arms of ABBV-303.
