Description	2-Palmitoylglycerol is an analog of 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) that does not bind positively to cannabinoid receptors and antagonizes 2-AG-mediated depolarization-induced suppression of excitation (DSE).
In vitro	2-Palmitoylglycerol can slightly induce internalization of CB₁ receptors at concentrations as low as 300 nM. In depolarization-induced suppression of excitation (DSE) experiments, 2-Palmitoylglycerol acts as a weak antagonist [1].
