Bioactivity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse CD16-2-AVI-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind recombinant human IgG1 (Fc) . The EC50 of human IgG1 (Fc) is 0.34-0.78 μg/ml.
