| In vivo | Tetramethylfluthrin [applied using drone-mounted cold mist spraying at a dosage of 0.9-1.8 mg/m²] effectively reduces the Aedes albopictus population by over 90% within 25 minutes at a dosage of 1.8 mg/m². After 1 day, there is a 79.8% reduction in total adult mosquitoes, with a 100% decrease in male mosquitoes, and this partial inhibitory effect lasts for at least 2 days. At a dosage of 0.9 mg/m², there is a 66.9% reduction in the female mosquito population after 1 day, but it returns to the original level by the second day. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
