Terbucarb is a phenylcarbamate herbicide that disrupts the organization of microtubule centers in plant cells, leading to the formation of multipolar spindles and branched phragmoplasts, thereby inhibiting plant growth. Bioactivity

Description	Terbucarb is a phenylcarbamate herbicide that disrupts the organization of microtubule centers in plant cells, leading to the formation of multipolar spindles and branched phragmoplasts, thereby inhibiting plant growth. It has been observed to induce an "anaphase star" image in onion root tips. Terbucarb exhibits cytotoxicity to isolated rat hepatocytes, causing cell death along with a loss of intracellular ATP, protein thiol, and glutathione.
In vitro	Terbucarb (27.7-277 μg/mL; 48 h) significantly induces the formation of micronuclei and multinucleated cells in a dose-dependent manner in hamster lung cells.
In vivo	A single oral dose of Terbucarb (1000 mg/kg) did not significantly increase the frequency of micronucleated reticulocytes in the peripheral blood of male CD-1 mice at 24, 48, or 72 hours post-administration.

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
