| In vitro | Solitomab (1 μg/mL; 4 h) exhibits cytotoxicity toward EpCAM-positive cell lines, enhances sensitivity of EpCAM-positive sarcoma (CS) cells to T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and increases surface expression of CD25 and HLA-DR proteins on CD8+ and CD4+ T cells [1]. Solitomab (0–2.5 μg/mL; 4 hours) exhibits cytotoxicity against ovarian cancer cells, with optimal killing effect at 1 μg/mL [2]. |
