| Description | SDH-IN-12 (compound 9b), a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor, shows activity against S. sclerotiorum and C. arachidicola, with respective EC50 values of 0.97 and 2.07 μM. The compound demonstrates no significant herbicidal effects on monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants [1]. |
| In vitro | SDH-IN-12, at a concentration of 50 μM, exhibits fungicidal activity against S. sclerotiorum (98%), Alternaria solani (71%), B. cinerea (50%), R. solani (90%), and C. arachidicola (90%) [1]. At 10 μM, SDH-IN-12 disrupts the ultrastructure of S. sclerotiorum, leading to surface contraction and significant collapse of the hyphae [1]. Additionally, SDH-IN-12 has good bioavailability with plasma protein binding (PPB) less than 90% [1]. |
