| In vitro | Methods: Using RhD⁺ red blood cells as target cells and human PBMCs as effector cells, Roledumab (1.25–20 μg/mL) was added, and high-concentration IVIg (10 mg/mL) was used to saturate FcγRI. The samples were incubated for 4 h, and ADCC was detected using the LDH release assay. An anti-FcγRIIIa antibody was used to verify target-dependence. Results: Roledumab mediated potent FcγRIIIa-dependent ADCC in a dose-dependent manner.[1] |
