In vivo	Racainam hydrochloride (20 mg/kg, intravenous administration) demonstrates favorable pharmacokinetic properties, with an AUC 0-inf of 4.1 μg·h/mL, a half-life (T 1/2) of 0.6 hours, a mean residence time (MRT) of 0.6 hours, a clearance rate of 4.9 L/kg·h, and a volume of distribution (V ss) of 3.2 L/kg [1].
