| In vitro | PJ17 (30-100 μM) effectively inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with an IC50 of 8.84 μM. At 10 μM, PJ17 strongly inhibits human recombinant glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β) with an IC50 of 4.19 μM, achieving an inhibition rate of 85.95%. At concentrations up to 50 μM, PJ17 (2.5-50 μM; 24-48 h) does not induce neurotoxicity in primary cerebellar granule neuron (CGN) cultures and can enhance cell viability at 10-50 μM. However, with pre-treatment concentrations of 2.5-50 μM for 1-24 hours, PJ17 does not exhibit significant neuroprotective activity against Rotenone-induced toxicity in primary CGN cultures at concentrations up to 50 μM. PJ17 shows no significant inhibitory effects on rat monoamine oxidase-A (MAO-A), MAO-B, or human recombinant beta-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE-1). |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
