| In vitro | This product is derived from Aspergillus niger fermentation. The effective temperature range is between 25-65℃, with the optimal operating temperature being 50-60℃. The effective pH range is 2.5-4.5, with the optimal pH range being 3.3-4.0. Activators for this compound include Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺, while Cu²⁺ and Fe³⁺ serve as inhibitors. |
