Description	NVOC cage-TMP-Halo is a photoactivatable, cell-permeable inducer of protein dimerization, facilitating rapid and reversible protein localization modulation in living cells, applicable for dynamic cellular processes research [1].
In vitro	NVOC cage-TMP-Halo (20μM, for 15, 30, and 60 minutes) demonstrated precise spatial manipulation of protein localization in HeLa cells [1]. When applied to HeLa cells expressing CENPB-GFP-Haloenzyme and mCherry-eDHFR, NVOC cage-TMP-Halo (20μM, 60 min) significantly recruited mCherry-eDHFR to the centromere with a half-time (t1/2) of 15 seconds [1].
