| In vitro | METTL3-IN-13 (Compound 142) (72 h) potently reduces the viability of Calu-6, A549, Fadu, HCT-116, MDA-MB-231, PANC-1, 5637, DU 145, and PC-3 cells, with IC50 values ≤ 200 nM. |
| In vivo | METTL3-IN-13 (Compound 142), administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 30 mg/kg daily for 20 days, effectively inhibits the growth of subcutaneous hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma tumors and extends the survival of female NSG mice. Moreover, a 50-day regimen of METTL3-IN-13 at the same dose significantly prolongs the survival of female C.B-17 SCID mice in an orthotopic non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma model. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
