Description	Insecticidal agent 30 is an orally effective insecticide that induces rapid contact lethality in adult Brassicogethes aeneus, achieving a 100% mortality rate within 24 hours of exposure. It exhibits moderate insecticidal activity against Drosophila melanogaster. Insecticidal agent 30 is utilized for the study of pollen beetle (Brassicogethes aeneus) infestations.
In vitro	Insecticidal agent 30 (compound 2c) is classified as non-toxic to adult Western honey bees (Apis mellifera) at the computational simulation level, with a 68% confidence level, according to the BeeToxAI network application.
In vivo	Insecticidal agent 30 (compound 2c) at a concentration of 255 ng/cm² has been shown to induce a 100% corrected mortality rate in adult Brassicogethes aeneus within 24 hours following contact exposure via a single application on the treated surface of glass vials. Furthermore, administering insecticidal agent 30 orally at 10 μg per bee shows no acute oral toxicity in adult Apis mellifera within 96 hours, yet it results in an 84.62% corrected mortality rate following 10 days of exposure.

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
