In vitro	GSK6853, an analog less active due to 5-amide alkylation, is a highly potent (300 pM), soluble, and cell-active (20 nM) inhibitor of the BRPF1 bromodomain. Its selectivity and properties make it suitable for cellular and in vivo studies.
