Glucoraphasatin (potassium) is the potassium salt of Glucoraphasatin. This compound is an atypical orally active thioglucoside found in cruciferous vegetables like radish (Raphanus sativus). It exhibits anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and can modulate Phase I metabolic enzyme activity. Under the action of the plant enzyme myrosinase, Glucoraphasatin can convert into isothiocyanate, displaying cytotoxicity against cancer cells. It is useful in research related to cancer and inflammation, such as studies on colon cancer.

| In vitro | Glucoraphasatin exhibits reducing activity against H₂O₂ and ABTS⁺ radicals. When combined with myrosinase, Glucoraphasatin (50 μM, 3-6 days) can inhibit the proliferation of LoVo, HCT-116, and HT-29 cells. |
| In vivo | Glucoraphasatin (120 mg/kg, orally, once daily for 1 or 4 days) influences the activity of phase I metabolic enzymes in SD rats. |
