| In vitro | Ginisortamab (0.1-1000 nM) exhibited dose-dependent inhibitory effects on Homo sapiens and murine gremlin-1, with mean IC50 values of 8.2 nM (Homo sapiens-derived) and 9 nM (murine-derived), respectively [2]. The geometric mean binding affinities of Ginisortamab for Homo sapiens and murine gremlin-1 were 87 pM and 61 pM, respectively [2]. Ginisortamab (150 nM, 30-120 minutes) effectively blocked the antagonistic effect of gremlin-1 on the BMP signaling pathway in Homo sapiens colorectal cancer cells (CRC) and fibroblasts [2]. |
