| Description | gGlu-2OMe SiR600 is a fluorescent probe responsive to γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT). It is converted into a highly fluorescent molecule upon reaction with GGT, where the initial fluorescence is quenched via a photoinduced electron transfer (PeT) mechanism. This compound exhibits fluorescence activation effects in malignant breast cancer and benign breast fibroadenoma tissues, enabling visualization of lesions. gGlu-2OMe SiR600 is suitable for research related to breast cancer and fibroadenoma. |
