| In vitro | GAP-1173149 shows an EC50 of 15.6, 18.6, 5.3, and 11.62 μM in U-2 OS cells, Vero cells, CHIKV replicon, and normal human dermal fibroblasts, respectively. The compound exhibits a CC50 greater than 100 μM in both U-2 OS and Vero cells, and a CC50 greater than 500 μM in normal human dermal fibroblasts. At 100 μM, GAP-1173149 displays specific antiviral activity against chikungunya virus (CHIKV), o'nyong'nyong virus (ONNV), Ross River virus (RRV), eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV), and Barmah Forest virus, while showing no inhibitory effects on human parainfluenza virus type 3 (HPIV3), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), SARS-CoV-2, vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), or Sindbis virus (SINV). |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
