| In vitro | Gancotamab is a liposomal drug targeting HER2 that carries approximately 20,000 Doxorubicin molecules in its core and 45 single-chain anti-HER2 antibodies attached to its surface. [1] Gancotamab (0.5 μM; 72 hr treatment) promotes increased mortality in BT474-M3 and NCI-N87 cells. [1] Gancotamab (1 μM; 2-24 hrs) induces activation of p-p53 levels in BT474-M3 and NCI-N87 cells, but has no significant effect on p-Akt signaling. [1] |
