DNA-PK-IN-13 (Compound SK10) is a potent DNA-PK inhibitor, exhibiting strong inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 0.11 nM. It regulates tumor cell proliferation by reducing the expression of γH2A.X and enhancing the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic agents. DNA-PK-IN-13 is suitable for oncology research.

| Description | DNA-PK-IN-13 (Compound SK10) is a potent DNA-PK inhibitor, exhibiting strong inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 0.11 nM. It regulates tumor cell proliferation by reducing the expression of γH2A.X and enhancing the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic agents. DNA-PK-IN-13 is suitable for oncology research. |
| In vitro | DNA-PK-IN-13 exhibits optimal antiproliferative activity in Jurkat (T lymphoma) cells with an IC50 of 0.6 μM. In concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 40 μM over 10 minutes, DNA-PK-IN-13 reduces the expression levels of γH2A.X in both Jurkat and HepG2 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. When combined with doxorubicin (0.1 μM) at 1 μM for 24 hours, DNA-PK-IN-13 significantly decreases the S phase proportion of the Jurkat cell cycle while increasing the G2/M phase proportion. |
| In vivo | DNA-PK-IN-13 exhibits excellent oral bioavailability (F = 31.8%). |
