In vitro | Di-8-ANEPPS (5 μM) was applied to mouse ventricular myocardium for 20 minutes and used to record action potential propagation. Di-8-ANEPPS reduced gap junctional conductance and slowed conduction velocity by lowering phosphorylation of Connexin43[1]. |
