DFHO is a Corn homologous ligand that fluoresces yellow upon excitation and is used to image RNA in living cells.

I. RNA imaging
1. Aptamer preparation: Corn fluorescent aptamer is combined with target RNA molecules.
2. DFHO binding: DFHO is added to the RNA-aptamer complex. Through its high affinity and fluorescence properties, DFHO will bind to the aptamer and convert to a fluorescent state.
3. Imaging: Through fluorescence microscopy, the fluorescence of DFHO can help locate and quantify the presence of RNA molecules.
4. Optimization: The concentration of DFHO, incubation time, temperature and other conditions can be adjusted to optimize the intensity and stability of the signal.
II. RNA molecular dynamics study
