| Description | DC-BPi-11 hydrochloride is a BPTF (bromodomain PHD finger transcription factor) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 698 nM, demonstrating significant anti-proliferative effects on leukemia cells [1]. |
| In vitro | DC-BPi-11 hydrochloride at concentrations ranging from 0.1 nM to 1 μM over 24 hours inhibits BPTF in human leukemia MV-4-11 cells with an EC50 of 120 nM [1]. The same compound significantly suppresses the proliferation of these leukemia cells at 0.01 μM to 100 μM (IC50 = 0.89 μM) and reduces the expression of downstream oncogenes at concentrations between 2.5 and 20 μM over a 24-hour period [1]. Additionally, DC-BPi-11 hydrochloride dose-dependently decreases c-Myc protein levels at 0.6 to 50 μM after 24 hours [1]. This compound is deemed safe with minimal effects on normal cells [1]. |
