Cholyglycine/BSA is a conjugated antigen-adjuvant compound consisting of Cholyglycine and bovine serum albumin (BSA). By conjugating the antigen with a protein adjuvant, it enhances the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. The conjugation does not affect protein folding or disrupt primary epitopes, and it can increase cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
