| In vitro | Chloro[1,3-bis (2,6-diisopropylphenyl) imidazol-2-ylidene]copper (I) effectively inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 cells with an IC₅₀ value of 0.15 μM over 72 hours, A549 cells with an IC₅₀ of 0.04 μM, and SK-Mel-28 cell growth with an IC₅₀ value of 0.045 μM. Additionally, it suppresses HS-683 cell growth with an IC₅₀ of 0.65 μM within the same time frame. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
