Description	Biotin-LC-LC-NHS is a membrane permeable SMCC cross-linker and an NHS ester-activated biotinylation reagent that biotinylates antibodies or other proteins for detection or purification using streptavidin probes or resins.
In vitro	Biotinylation of the antibody was achieved by reacting Biotin-LC-LC-NHS (1 mg/mL, dissolved in dimethylformamide) with the antibody in the aqueous phase at pH 7.4. The molar ratio of biotin to antibody in the labeling reaction was 10:1, and the final biotin concentration was 70 μM. [1]
