Bedinvetmab is primarily utilized in osteoarthritis research, where it is studied for its ability to manage pain in canine models.
In vivo
Bedinvetmab (0.5-1 mg/kg, subcutaneous injection, every 28 days) can effectively alleviate pain associated with canine osteoarthritis [1]. Bedinvetmab (1 mg/kg, subcutaneous injection, monthly; 3-fold and 10-fold doses) demonstrated good tolerability when co-administered with Carprofen in normal laboratory beagle dogs [2].
