In vitro	Anti-inflammatory agent 89 (100 μM, 24 h) did not reduce the viability of RBL-2H3 cells.
In vivo	Anti-inflammatory agent 89 (1-2 mg/kg, administered 30 minutes prior to sensitization on days 0 and 7, continuous for 21 days) suppresses asthmatic traits by targeting pulmonary inflammation in mice sensitized with Ovalbumin (OVA).
