Anti-VEGF Antibody is a neutralizing monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). It inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and neo-angiogenesis by binding to free VEGF and preventing receptor interaction, widely used in research on solid tumors and vasoproliferative eye diseases.

Anti-VEGF Antibody dose-dependently inhibits VEGF-induced HUVEC proliferation by effectively neutralizing multiple VEGF isoforms and blocking downstream MAPK and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways [1].

In tumor xenograft models, systemic administration of Anti-VEGF Antibody resulted in a significant reduction in microvessel density and marked tumor growth inhibition across multiple cancer types. The treatment was shown to decrease interstitial fluid pressure and improve the delivery of co-administered chemotherapeutic agents by normalizing the tumor vasculature [1].
