In vivo
In mSOD1(G93A) mice treated with Anti-neurodegeneration agent 1, Western blot analysis showed a stress-induced 'band shift' in HSF-I due to hyper-phosphorylation, indicating activation. At 120 days, these mice exhibited elevated levels of Hsp70 and Hsp90 in the lumbar spinal cords, with notably stronger immunoreactivity in motor neurons for the treated group compared to untreated. The treatment extended the mice's average lifespan to 153 days, achieving more than a 22% increase in longevity. Additionally, initiating Anti-neurodegeneration agent 1 treatment at 70 days of age, coinciding with the onset of locomotor defects, further increased the mice's lifespan by 23 days, or 18%, from an untreated average of 125 days to 148 days for the treated.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
