Anti-MSPR/RON/CD136 Antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against RON (also known as MSPR or CD136). By specifically binding to the extracellular domain of RON, it blocks receptor dimerization induced by its ligand MSP (macrophage stimulatory protein), thereby preventing receptor dimerization and the autophosphorylation of key tyrosine sites on the beta chain (such as Y1238/Y1239).
