Anti-DLL3 Antibody (anti-DLL3 arm derived from AMG-757) is a humanized antibody arm derived from the half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) AMG-757. This product specifically targets Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a Notch pathway ligand highly expressed in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors but minimally expressed in normal tissues.
