Description | 5-Methylquinoxaline is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound widely used in biochemical experiments and drug synthesis research. |
In vitro | Methods: Ucp1-luciferase adipocytes were treated with 5-Methylquinoxaline (30, 100, 300, 500 μM) to investigate its effect on Ucp1 expression in adipocytes. Results: 5-Methylquinoxaline-treated adipocytes showed the highest luciferase activity. In addition, 5MQ-treated adipocytes exhibited a dose-dependent increase in Ucp1 expression and showed a significant increase after treatment with 300 or 500 μ m 5MQ. [2] |
