| In vitro | Method: PD-L1-overexpressing HEK293T cells were treated with Opucolimab (HLX20), HLX43, C24, or corresponding controls at the indicated concentration gradients for 96 h, followed by cell viability assessment.
Result: Opucolimab (HLX20) showed minimal direct cytotoxicity, whereas HLX43 showed enhanced tumor cell killing in PD-L1-overexpressing cells, suggesting that Opucolimab (HLX20) mainly functions through PD-L1 binding/blockade rather than payload-mediated direct cytotoxicity[1]. |
