| In vitro | Methods: Human blood cells were treated with 10 μg/mL Omodenbamab and incubated for 30 minutes, 1.5 hours, and 2.5 hours to evaluate its effect on the opsonophagocytic activity against S. aureus. Results: Omodenbamab significantly enhanced the opsonophagocytic activity of human blood cells against S. aureus. [1] |
| In vivo | Methods: In a Balb/C mouse model of MRSA bacteremia, Omodenbamab was administered via intravenous injection at doses of 2.5 mg/mouse and 10 mg/mouse. Results: Omodenbamab increased survival in Balb/C mice within the MRSA bacteremia model. [1] |
