Description	Obiltoxaximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting the free protective antigen (PA) of Bacillus anthracis, used for the treatment of inhalational anthrax caused by Bacillus anthracis.
In vivo	Method: Obiltoxaximab was administered as a single intravenous (i.v.) dose of 16 mg/kg to humans, macaques, and rabbits, with an observation period of 70 days. Result: The overall serum exposures of Obiltoxaximab were comparable among humans, macaques, and rabbits.[1]
