GSK190937 is a Type II platelet-derived growth factor receptor α (PDGFRA) human kinase inhibitor with antimalarial properties. It inhibits hemozoin formation in parasites, leading to the accumulation of free hemoglobin within them. The IC50 values of GSK190937 for Plasmodium falciparum strains NF54, K1, and Dd2 are 0.22, 0.59, and 0.25 μM, respectively, while its IC50 value for CHO cells is 25 μM. 3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
