| In vitro | FXIIIa-IN-1, at a concentration of 10 μM for three days, shows no significant cytotoxicity in three different cell lines including breast (MCF-7 cells), intestinal (CaCo-2 cells), and kidney (HEK-293 cells). The compound inhibits fibrin(ogen) polymerization and the formation of γ-γ dimers in a concentration-dependent manner when applied at concentrations ranging from 5 to 2000 μM over a period of 24 hours. Furthermore, a 5 μL dose of FXIIIa-IN-1 for 5 minutes does not affect other coagulation factors (thrombin, factor Xa, factor XIa), indicating selectivity for FXIIIa. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
