Description
Atriopeptin II rat, mouse, is an atrial natriuretic peptide that functions as both a diuretic and a natriuretic agent, while also serving as a potent relaxant of vascular smooth muscle [1].
In vitro
Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (10 nM, 100 min) exhibits vasodilatory effects in isolated rat thoracic aorta, increases cyclic GMP levels, and activates cyclic GMP kinase [1]. Atriopeptin II rat, mouse (0-100 nM) can stimulate testosterone production, with a half-maximal stimulatory concentration of 2.6 nM [2].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
