| In vitro | 7-Coumaryl triflate, at concentrations ranging from 0.6 to 6 μM for 10 minutes, effectively inhibits recombinant human 17β-HSD1 overexpressed in E. coli, with an IC50 of 360 nM, achieving inhibition rates of 60% and 100% at 0.6 μM and 6 μM, respectively. At 60 μM, 7-Coumaryl triflate shows no inhibitory effect on recombinant human 17β-HSD2 overexpressed in E. coli, indicating a high selectivity for 17β-HSD1 over 17β-HSD2. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
