| Description | CD34 Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 Cells. The accession number is A0A2K5UCU4. |
| Species | Cynomolgus |
| Expression System | HEK293 Cells |
| Tag | C-His |
| Accession Number | A0A2K5UCU4 |
| Construction | Asn39-Thr295 |
| Protein Purity | > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE |
| Endotoxin | < 1 EU/μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method. |
| Formulation | Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
| Reconstitution | Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/ml. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing. |

| Research Background | CD34 is a transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein, first identified on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. Clinically, it is associated with the selection and enrichment of hematopoietic stem cells for bone marrow transplants. Due to these historical and clinical associations, CD34 expression is almost ubiquitously related to hematopoietic cells, and it is a common misconception that CD34-positive (CD34()) cells in nonhematopoietic samples represent hematopoietic contamination. |
| Molecular Weight | 28.37 kDa (Predicted); 80-110 kDa (Reducing condition, due to glycosylation) |
| Shipping | In general, lyophilized powders are shipped with blue ice, while solutions are shipped with dry ice. |
| Storage | It is recommended to store recombinant proteins at -20°C to -80°C for future use. Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots. |
