Description SiR-COOH enables tracking of the model therapeutic drug's intracellular location in GFP cells, characterized by absorption (Abs) at 645 nm and emission (Em) at 676 nm.
In vitro SiR-COOH can be utilized for conjugating inhibitors like UNC2025 (Mer inhibitor). Sir-COOH is particularly advantageous for small-molecule probes: it displays bright, photostable fluorescence at near-infrared wavelengths, ideal for deep-tissue imaging; exhibits robust fluorescence in physiological environments with minimal toxicity; is suitable for super-resolution microscopy; and possesses an optimal level of hydrophilicity for live-cell imaging.[2]
