Product Introduction

Bioactivity
Description
Influenza A H1N1 (A/California/04/2009) Hemagglutinin/HA-specific B cell probe (Y108F, His & Avi), Biotinylated is expressed in Baculovirus insect cells with His and Avi tag. The predicted molecular weight is 59.58 kDa and the accession number is ACP41105.1.
Species
H1N1
Expression System
Baculovirus Insect Cells
TagC-His-Avi
Accession NumberACP41105.1
ConstructionA DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus ((A/California/04/2009) (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (translated amino acids of ACP41105.1) (Y108F, Met1-Gly519), termed as HA-specific B cell probe, was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. Predicted N terminal: Asp 18
Protein Purity
≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Endotoxin< 1.0 EU/μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
FormulationLyophilized from a solution filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, containing 20 mM Tris, 300 mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH 7.5. Typically, a mixture containing 5% to 8% trehalose, mannitol, and 0.01% Tween 80 is incorporated as a protective agent before lyophilization.
ReconstitutionA Certificate of Analysis (CoA) containing reconstitution instructions is included with the products. Please refer to the CoA for detailed information.
Stability & StorageIt is recommended to store recombinant proteins at -20°C to -80°C for future use. Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
ShippingIn general, lyophilized powders are shipped with blue ice, while solutions are shipped with dry ice.
