| Description | IMMU-114 is a humanized antibody targeting HLA-DR, which inhibits human responses to bovine cells, used in malignant tumor research. |
| In vitro | IMMU-114 can effectively inhibit human cell response to cattle. The mechanism involves direct inhibition of interactions between Class II human leukocyte antigen DR Positive cells and CD4 (+) T cells, as well as indirect inhibition of Th1 cytokine production. [1] In allogeneic MLRs, IMMU-114 treatment inhibited T cell proliferation and reduced CD25 (+) alloreactive T cells. [2] |
