HB-0017 is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody inhibitor that targets IL-17A. It effectively blocks IL-17A-induced IL-6 secretion with an IC50 of 2.09 nM. In psoriatic-like mouse models induced by Imiquimod, HB-0017 significantly reduces auricular thickness and alleviates inflammation in arthritis and air pouch mouse models caused by IL-17A.
