| Bioactivity | Label Recombinant Human R-Spondin 1/RSPO1 Protein (Cat#TMPY-03626) with biotin. Loaded Biotinylated Human R-Spondin 1/RSPO1 Protein on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human RNF43 Protein, His Tag (Cat#TMPY-04153) with an affinity constant of 1.37 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (QC tested). |
| Description | RNF43 mutations are frequently detected in colorectal cancer cells and lead to a loss of function of the ubiquitin E3 ligase. The outer mitochondrial membrane 34 (TOMM34) and ring finger protein 43 (RNF43) as highly expressed oncogenes in malignant colorectal tumors. RNF43 is a tumour suppressor gene that suppresses the Wnt-beta-catenin signalling pathway. RNF43 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 20.5 kDa and the accession number is Q68DV7-1. |

| Shipping | In general, lyophilized powders are shipped with blue ice, while solutions are shipped with dry ice. |
| Storage | It is recommended to store recombinant proteins at -20°C to -80°C for future use. Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots. |
