| Bioactivity | Activity has not been tested. It is theoretically active, but we cannot guarantee it. If you require protein activity, we recommend choosing the eukaryotic expression version first. |
| Description | Pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein 3 is also known as Carcinoembryonic Antigen SG5,Pregnancy-Specific Glycoprotein 3 ,PS-Beta-G-3, PSBG-3.It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CEA family. It synthesized in large amounts by placental trophoblasts and released into the maternal circulation during pregnancy. Molecular Cloning and analysis of several PSG genes has indicated that the PSGs form a subgroup of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) gene family, Members of the CEA family consist of a single N domain, with structural similarity to the immunoglobulin variable domains, followed by a variable number of immunoglobulin constant-like A and/or B domains. |

| Tag | C-6xHis |
| Accession Number | Q16557 |
| Amino Acid | Gln35-Leu428 |
| Construction | Gln35-Leu428 |
| Protein Purity | Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE. (QC verified) |
| Endotoxin | < 1.0 EU/μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method. |
| Formulation | Lyophilized from a solution filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, containing 20 mM Citrate, 6% Trehalose, 4% Mannitol, 50 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween 80, pH 4.5. |
| Reconstitution | Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/ml. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing. |
| Stability & Storage | Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots. |
| Shipping | In general, lyophilized powders are shipped with blue ice, while solutions are shipped with dry ice. |
